What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 units per product. For OEM/ODM custom orders, please contact us to discuss specific requirements -- we are flexible for the right partnership.
What are your production lead times?
- In-stock products: 3-5 business days after confirmation.
- Samples: 7-10 business days after confirmation.
- Bulk Production: 30-45 days after sample approval and production deposit received.
How does the cooperation process work?
- Customer provides a sample, drawing, or detailed specifications.
- We evaluate requirements and provide a formal quotation with price and lead time.
- Customer pays 30% deposit (or sample fee) to initiate production.
- Customer reviews and approves the sample.
- Bulk production begins. Balance payment is required before shipment.
Do you support OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We fully support both OEM (custom branding on existing designs) and ODM (custom product development from your specifications). Our in-house engineering team can work from drawings, samples, or concepts to deliver exclusive, purpose-built watch tools for your brand.
